Adam
Yasneski, Director of Training Services
Adam
develops the training materials used at credit
unions for technology, financial services, and
internal training initiatives. In addition to
course development, since he came aboard in
2000, Adam has trained credit union staffs for
increased effectiveness using a full range of
programs including technology usage, increasing
sales through meeting member needs, credit union
management and financial services. Adam was
promoted to Director of Training Services in
2006 and has since provided oversight for the
entire training department. He believes firmly
that PSG can significantly improve credit unions’
performance levels through the professional
training courses his staff teaches.
Adam
began his teaching and training career as a
high school teacher where he taught social studies
and coached two varsity sports. Since transitioning
from the public school classroom to the corporate
classroom, Adam still believes he is an educator
at heart. He truly enjoys seeing amazed expressions
among credit union staffs as they thrive with
the new knowledge that he imparted and enjoys
sharing numerous credit union success stories.
As
a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S.
degree in Secondary Education, he is an enthusiastic
Buckeye sports fan. When Adam is not traveling
or training, he enjoys spending time with his
family and their greyhound Buck, short for Buckeye
of course. When Adam has free time, his favorite
activities include taking a run through the
Maryland countryside or swimming laps at a pool.
