Christopher Flint, Sr. Vice President of CU Retail Operations for AEGON Direct Marketing Services

Chris Flint, former President of Premier Solutions Group and CRI Systems, was promoted to Sr. Vice President of CU Retail Operations for AEGON Direct Marketing Services in 2006. The AEGON insurance group is one of the world's largest life insurance organizations. In this broader leadership capacity, Chris continues to serve the credit union marketplace across North America in partnership with the CRI Systems and Premier Solutions Group management team.

Chris first joined the CRI technology team over 17 years ago as the installation manager for CRI’s mid-Atlantic operations. During his career with CRI, he has taken a leadership role in the development and design of all of CRI’s products, including software, IT consulting, and Call Center technology. Throughout his years with CRI, Chris has filled a variety of technology roles, such as Director of Technology and VP of Development for both CRI and its local affiliate, Premier Solutions Group.

Prior to his arrival at Premier Solutions Group, Chris served as the Director of IT Services for NIH FCU in Bethesda, MD, where he first “learned the ropes” of the credit union business. Chris has spent virtually his entire career helping credit unions make better use of their technology and still gets the most satisfaction from working directly with clients in exploring new ideas for technology solutions.

Chris received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester. He maintains a “second career” as a professional opera singer and continues to perform throughout the mid-Atlantic region in a number of venues. When not at home in Columbia, MD, Chris spends his time in Massachusetts working on the renovation of a 200-year old Cape Cod “captain’s cottage” in Provincetown , MA.
