Dave Mercer, President

Dave has been helping credit unions serve their members for more than twenty years. As a visionary leader for Premier Solutions Group, he provides strategic direction and develops financial service relationships to help credit union partners maximize growth. He also oversees the PSG financial services client services team and is responsible for their direction and professional growth.

Dave joined Premier Solutions Group in 1986 as a sales representative. He was the third employee to join what was formerly called Weiner Agency, Inc. (the predecessor to PSG). He helped develop several product lines and managed the organization’s phases of growth as they quickly became a trusted regional credit union service provider. In 2000, Premier Solutions Group was created and Dave was promoted to Sales Manager. In 2004, he was named Director of Financial Sales and Vice President of Sales in 2005. He enjoys helping the PSG team reach their full potential in serving credit unions throughout North America with excellence.

A 1980 graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration. He enjoys travel, golf, playing the guitar and gardening. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
