Irene Girard, Vice President of CU Retail Operations

Irene came aboard the organization in 1993 as a technology and financial services representative. In 1999 she was promoted to Technology Installations Manager where she was responsible for the delivery and support of customized desktop lending solutions for credit unions. In 2002 she became the Director of Client Services where her role expanded to both the technology and financial services areas of the business. Currently, Irene serves as the VP of CU Retail Operations where she researches, leads and serves on development teams. She also markets new CU products and services.

Prior to joining CRI Systems, Irene spent four years as the Member Services Supervisor at APL Federal Credit Union in Laurel, MD. In addition, she has worked as a Financial Analyst and Economic Research Associate for Baltimore Gas and Electric Company.

Irene graduated in 1973 from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Mathematics. She lives in Columbia, Maryland, and enjoys travel, golf, and spending time with her husband, three daughters and granddaughter.
