Jones, Financial Services Trainer
Kim
serves many credit unions as their Financial
Services Trainer. She is known for her interactive,
upbeat training courses whether first thing
in the morning or at the end of the business
day. She travels from credit union to credit
union in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia
region training everything from product knowledge
to customer service skills, as well as management
skills. 'You name it, she trains it!' is the
motto of the training department - always willing
to train whatever you need. Serving credit unions
is most rewarding to Kim because they truly
tailor the PSG products and services to meet
their members’ needs and build loyalty.
She most enjoys traveling and working with a
variety of people that makes every day different.
Kim
brings with her nine years of classroom experience
ranging from elementary to adult education.
Kim's career also stems from the banking industry
with over six years of Customer Service experience.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary
Education with a concentration in Mathematics.
Her hobbies are spending time with her family,
scrap-booking, and playing games!
