William
Swayne, Director of Lending Services
Bill
came to our organization in September 2003 and
developed the Call Center services for our credit
union clients. Emanating from his service orientation
and enjoyment of building relationships, he
established Constant Access, the 24/7 Call Center.
Bill then continued to develop essential relationships
with area car dealers whose customers needed
credit union loans.
In
2006, Bill was promoted to Director of Lending
Services. In addition to running the Constant
Access Call Center and overseeing the staff,
Bill manages a network of Baltimore area car
dealers for our credit union clients’
indirect lending business. He enjoys attending
many credit union events and thrives on being
able to bring new and additional benefits to
each client.
Prior
in his career, Bill worked for State Employees
Credit Union for more than twenty years. During
his tenure at SECU, he spent time as the Consumer
Lending Manager and the Dealer Representative.
Bill lives in Baltimore, Maryland, and enjoys
playing golf and spending time with his wife
and two daughters.
